Shipping & Returns
At checkout we currently offer snail mail and flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping from our site is always priority unless otherwise noted or shipping internationally. First class is a discounted rate that takes a bit longer and is not always offered. If you choose Priority Mail expected delivery is within 3-4 business days of purchase. With Snail Mail (First Class) it can be up to 7 days for your package to arrive. For APO or military addresses we recommend Priority Mail.
We currently offer quick shipping to Canada and certain European Countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. We utilize USPS Carriers. We are happy to accept returns within 7 days of your original purchase date. All items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags still attached.
General Shipping Notes
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase, we take pride in our processing speed. If you shop as a guest you will only receive one notification. For registered customers your order tracking will also be found inside My Account. Shipping days are Monday-Friday, but at peak times and holidays we also ship Saturdays.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges. Your satisfaction is our top priority. To exchange or return visit our returns center via https://dungeonforward.returnscenter.com/ . We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.
How do I return?

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days from the date of delivery - Must email if out of window
- In unused and resellable condition. Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- Items can also be returned if the fit is not satisfactory or if there was a quality issue.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Discounted items (if applicable)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?

- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
