This site is operated by Complex Apparel LLC, doing business as DungeonForward. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Complex Apparel LLC. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You agree to give accurate, current information when you order or create an account, and to keep your account password to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Products, pricing and availability

• We do our best to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ and printed garments vary slightly from piece to piece. Small variation is normal and is not a defect.
• Prices and product availability can change without notice.
• We may limit quantities, restrict sales by person or region, or discontinue a product at any time.
• Typos happen. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price or with an inaccurate description, we may correct it and cancel any affected order, even one already confirmed. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

The order confirmation email you receive after checkout is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. Your order is accepted when we ship it. Until then we may decline or cancel all or part of it, including when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or reselling activity.

Made to order items

A large part of our catalog is made after you place your order. Those product pages say so in the description. Made to order pieces take 2 to 10 days to produce before they ship.

Because each one is produced specifically for you, we usually cannot stop production once it has started. If you reach us before an item enters production we can change the size or cancel it. Full timelines are on the shipping page.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand a package to the carrier, transit time and delivery are in their hands. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or import fees their country charges. Those are set by your government, not by us, and are not included in what you pay at checkout. Rates and timelines are on the shipping page.

Returns and exchanges

You have 15 calendar days from delivery to start a return or exchange, made to order items included. Items must be unworn, in resellable condition, with tags attached. Gift cards, discounted items where noted, and masks are not returnable. Full details and the returns portal are on the shipping and returns page.

Intellectual property

This is the part we take most seriously.

All original artwork, graphics, garment and headwear designs, photography, copy, logos and the DungeonForward name are owned by Complex Apparel LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the product. It does not give you any right to the design on it.

We monitor for infringement and we pursue it. If you believe something on our site infringes your own copyright, email orders@dungeonforward.com with the work in question, the URL, and your contact information, and we will review it promptly.

Officially licensed collegiate products

Our TheYard collection features the names, marks and logos of colleges and universities. Those marks belong to the institutions themselves and are used by us under license. Nothing on this site transfers any right to use an institution's marks, and nothing here should be read as those institutions endorsing anything beyond the licensed product itself.

Reviews, photos and anything else you post

If you submit a review, comment, photo or tag us in content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including on our site, in email and in advertising, with credit where practical. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, misleading or off topic, and we are not obligated to keep anything posted.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to harass anyone, to submit false information, to transmit malware, to interfere with the security of the site, to circumvent access controls, or to collect anyone else's personal information. We may terminate your access for violating these terms.

Third-party services and links

Our site relies on third-party services for checkout, payment, fulfillment, shipping, reviews and support, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, accuracy or practices of third parties. Their terms and policies are their own, and we encourage you to read them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any content is accurate or complete.

None of this is intended to limit any rights you have that cannot be limited under the law where you live.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complex Apparel LLC and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this site or any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complex Apparel LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by a third party because of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force. These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our shipping and returns policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site.
